WHY LET SOMALIA BE AL QAIDALAND, AND A BLACK WATERLAND

Let us be realistic, And be those who learn from the past, who control there thoughts and  think positively and plan today for a better tomorrow, so that the future of our children be a brighter and a productive one, we should not  let our mind to be a prisoner of the past, nothing should hold us back, even   by the mystery of all those nightmares of what has happened in our country, and all the  unimaginable pathetic situation,  the newspapers around the world  wrote and said the situation  in Somalia is like  hell on earth , really It was just like the end of the world , things were so bad ,  in fact  it was not the end of the world  nor it was the end of Somalia , but actually it was the fall of an evil regime , that has caused the fall of the nation  , the worst things  those leaders did was to kill the love we had for the country , and the devils love was introduced into our hearts , Great Somali nationalist men and women, turn overnight and became tribesmen who preach tribalism .what a spell was that ! The spell must have come from the king of the devils, it is unbelievable the religious men who believe in Islam turn their back to God and his religion, they started chanting my tribe, my tribe and they did every sin in the book, and all the sins were committed in the name of the holy tribe, this is what has happened.

There is no point of playing the part of (we are innocent –or I am innocent) in fact nobody is free from guilt, Well if we have to blame anybody than blame the whole nation.  Now there is no need for  us stack  in the past, now we have been there for more than twenty good years, precious time  has been wasted , one way or another we have to find ways to tackle our differences, the leaders of the younger generation  and those of the past, the guilty and the  innocent, the good and the bad , Frankly  speaking  today the problem  is you , Be honest,  Let the our well being and  the national interest be your aim and goal and we have to keep the interest of foreigners away from the path of solving and tackling the problems and reconciliation, unfortunately that is the only way to end these conflicts, the interference of these foreigners are obstacle obstruct the reconciliation process.

Frankly Speaking you the so call leaders you are the problem, you are not honest, it’s because you put your personal interest and that of your tribe before the national interest. by doing that ,you are really creating more conflicts ,   and problems  than solving it . Let us be faithful to each other and   let us    face the  truth , knowing that  there is nothing like the truth, It knows nobody  and it favors none ,  my fellow country men . Somalia is not something that belongs to a tribe, it’s for all of us, If we have to choose between a honest foreigner who happens to live in Somalia, and a dishonest Somali man as a leader, I believe   we will go for the honest leader!, no matter where he comes from.

 We have seen what  the bad  leaders can do  in the real live, what happened in Somalia was not a fiction that we saw  in a movie , the strange thing is what happened  was real  all those who took part in all those genocide, are still  considered to be heroes  and they are protected by their tribes .they are the untouchable, the primitive system did somehow  work  with the ancient  nomads, what the Somalis people don’t  understand today is  whatever  that worked for  the  small  scale  nomads is impossible  to work  for any big scale society or a nation, Somalia  legal system  has never  been separated from the nomadic legal  system (xeer-Gaar )  The elders  are the legal  representative, after the independent   the new   colonial legal system was introduced without  proper studies. In fact they were confused with the two legal systems, the one they inherit from their former colonial British and the Italian. As for the Islamic sharia the religious institutions and the Scholars were not properly consulted in the process of the law making, of course the corruption was there in every corridor of the court where the disputes are settled, the offenders were always ready with hand full of cash in order to turn the jurisdiction in to instrument that serve them secretly so that they can impose the penalties and judgment in a way that will please them.

 self interest or group ,or any clan interest  should not involve in  process of the law  the law is a very difficult decision making , accept for a honest citizen or a God fearing person .honesty matters  If we want things to be in order  and properly organize and fair deal for all, then for the sake of  peace just be honest .

Up to now what is holding Somalia back is my tribe and my clan and nothing else and the foreigners are taking advantage of our weakness and simply they side with one side hoping their puppets will rule in that way their interest will be secured, as how long the Somali people will sufferer it doesn’t matter to them.

So why let Somalia be Al Qaida land and black water land, where our Somali people suffer for the sake of their interest, the interest of our people should not be second to none, their interest matter to us.
