Al shabab amputates hand of young man in southern Somalia

MOGADISHU - ( Mareeg.com) -  An Islamic court belonging to Al shabab milities in Afgoi town of lower Shabelle region in southern Somalia has amputated a young man's right hand in the town after they accused him for stealing money from a business centre in the town earlier.
Residents said that Al-shabab militieas decided to cut the hand of the man saying that he admitted stealing money from  abusiness centre in broke into n Afgoi town wehere he took 6 million Somali Shilling.

Locals said that the man was sentenced to cut his right hand in a public square where more poeple gathered in Afgoi town on saturday afternoon adding that the man was 20 years old and called Aweys Abdullahi Ibrahim

 More poeple who were forced by al-shabab milities to watch the sentenced man and officials of the group were present at the area where the man lost his arm

Sheik Abdihakin,the judge of al shabab court of Afgi town in southern Somalia said that Mr. Aweys broke a business centre in Afgoi town and took at least 6 million So,Sh. pointing out that the court decided to cut his right hand in a public area. The judge said that the youngman admitted he stole the money.

Al shabab had murdered two young teanagers in Daynile district in Mogadishu today as they were accused for spying that the national Secuity Agecy.
