Supremacy of Quran to ensure rule of law, end of slavery: Liaqat

imageLAHORE: Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said that rule of law in the country is possible only with the establishment of the supremacy of the Quran and the Sunnah.
Addressing corner meetings in different areas of his constituency, NA 126, here Monday, Liaqat Baloch said that with accepting the supremacy of Allah Almighty, Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) and the Quran, the nationa could easily came out of the slavery of others.
He said that voting for those, who changed their parties, could not help solve the people's problems. The biggest problem in the country's politics is lack of integrity and competence of rulers which leads to bad governance, violation of laws and rules, corruption, price spiral and other such evils, he added.
Baloch said that only the JI could steer the country out of crises as its manifesto had a message of hope and change.
Meanwhile, the women folk of the Kachi abadi in Muslim Town area called on Liaqat Baloch at his residence and protested over the disconnection of their electricity and ejectment from their homes. He said that such harsh steps could add to the problems of the caretaker regime and must be avoided.
