Chief justice Willy Mutunga this afternoon called an emergency meeting of the judicial service commission to discuss the shopping mall incident in which his deputy, Nancy Baraza stands accused of drawing a gun on a security guard. Mutunga said the judiciary would start its own internal investigations on the matter. The guard's family say they will wait for communication from Barasa before taking any step. Our reporter Wilkister Nyabwa spent the day with the guard's family in Gachie.
